Been a long time… January 30, 2008

WOW!!!! It has been forever since I have updated my blog. I’m embarrassed to say this but it’s been over a year! Tons of reasons why I haven’t posted, none of them particularly good reasons. Not a good reason like…I didn’t get kidnapped by aliens or Shanghai’d by a gang of pirates. Nope…nothing that sexy. No…I simply didn’t feel it. I just had other things I was doing i.e. kid graduating from high school, kid getting ready for college, kid graduating from college, kids moving etc.
But now…the kids are gone and time and energy are something I have bit more of now. So now that I do have time and engry (no money, my kids took that too) I intend to start blogging a bit more. Problem is most of my ‘audience’ and I use that term very loosely, has given up on me and no longer checks my blog. Can’t say as I blame them, I’d quit checking too! Anyhow, it doesn’t matter…hopefully they’ll come back. If you’re one of the few who does somehow end up reading this….then I thank you for hanging with me while I was on my ‘blogging sabbatical’.
OK…enough for now. I haven’t done this for a while so I’m spent. Check back (if you dare). I might just surprise you and post….again….)
